Hi Team

Sorry for the primitive question.

We set automatic-reading of UPS mail but it seems that it encontered an error a few month ago and tons of UPS mail left unread/unprocessed. The 'Read Mail from UPS' job keeps returning "Pending UPS Mail has been processed" and "5 messages read" again and again. It looks a bit strange since more than 1K mails had processed but it still does not end.

Is there any way to read all the mail at once or at least skip the deleted mails?

The version is BC140 and SE0.62

Please advice.

Thanks for your reply. The environment is NAV standard without cusotmization. Unfortunately I cannot see any error log in the event viewer>>> Application log.

However, we could resolve this error by keeping reading the UPS Mail. So it seems not an error but there are tons of UPS mails than expected.

Is this standard Dynamics NAV or specific customization. Apart from that, what is the error log saying and / or application event log file?
