Cnnot create new project in AX 2012 r3 with error message as shown

Hi,
when I create project in AX 2012 r3 following error is showing. Please help how to proceed.

    Seems you are creating fresh project - Do you have any customization in this area?
    Ask your developer to debug the code and find out where the error is coming from.
