Hi all,

since last week i am not able to copy any environment (production to sandbox or sandbox to sandbox) in BC Admin Center.
Error Code is:
operation cannot be run.

Tracking ID: xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx

Correlation ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

There a enough new environments available and capacity is also not exceeded.

I need copys to debug extensions and also acually to test version 27.

Hello,
I think you need to open a Microsoft support ticket to resolve this issue, also try to remove all the PTE extensions from the environment that you are copying and give it a try.

In these cases it's best to put in a support ticket with Microsoft so they can see what's going on, or if you have telemetry enabled you can take a look in there for more information regarding the error.

Hi,

You can try restarting the environments or performing the operation in an Incognito (private) browser window.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please raise a support ticket with Microsoft, providing the Tracking ID and Correlation ID from the error message so they can trace it in their backend logs.

Unable to copy production to sandbox environment (Version 26.5 SaaS)

I've experienced issues with AppSource extensions preventing me from copying the environment before, but uninstalling them fixed the issue.
I'm not sure if this is the same issue, but you can give it a try.

By magic, copying from Sandbox to Sandbox works again. Will test from production as well. :)
