I am building a CRM solution. All of my entities are custom entities. Can I delete those out of the box entities like Account, Activity, Article, Campaign? etc?
If I delete them and need them later, can i restore them back to my solution?
If my solution need the current login user email account, which out of the box entity must be retained?

No, you can't delete them, if you don't need them just don't include these entities in your solution. All the user information you will be getting in system user entity, whether they are currently loggedin or not.
