I found something in another forum but I need a confirmation
"SQL RS are allowed to run with the runtime license, as they could be considered a part of a NAV system!"

The reporting services can be used with the runtime license for NAV ?

Hi Roberto,
apparently, yes. The rule is that only allowed to run a NAV database on this server, although it is a full enterprise server with all its features. Possible that they've changed it for newer releases of NAV, though. Nobody understands Microsoft Licensing (TM).
