Hello,

With regard to the Credit & Collections Workspaces, it seems that attaching notes (whether manual or automated) is only available at the Invoice level. Is there a way to attach general notes at the Account level with regard to collections efforts? Any feedback or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Could you please clarify if you are referring to the notes under the attachments? If that's the case, can you check your document management settings? Go to the Organization administration > Document Management parameters and verify if the Active Document Tables are enabled. If they are, please confirm the table allowlist.

Also try using credit and collection workspace?
