Hi Team,

I have a problem creating new PO's. The status is automatically set to Approved every time.

What am I doing wrong?

Is one of the configurations not ok?

    Do you create manual or from purchase requisition.

    Do you have workflow for PO?

    I am creating manually and the change management is not active.

    This why the status is approved.

    You need to able change request to create as draft. Then the WF process start.
