Inactivity time setup in Dynamics GP 2013

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi,

We have this issue, with people forgetting to log off from GP, when leave work and it gives problem with number of licenses available, especially when some people want to work from home. How can I setup an inactivity time out like let's say 2 hours and then if there is nothing to save, it kicks them out of the session so making that license for someone else to use.

Thanks,

Ashok

    Hi Ashok

Look at the Dynamics GP tool box from Rockton Software.

It has an Inactivity time out component along with other useful tools.
