One of our employees encountered the problem that when updating the sales lines (for example due to a change in shipping address) the resulting "sidebar" dialog contains disabled options that are set up wrong.
There are three questions on the dialog (I'm translating from German)
- Copy settings from head to lines?
- For all
- Only for those who's shipping address matches the head
- None
- Update sales line settings?
- keep current shipping dates and deactivate shipping date checks
- recalculate shipping dates
- Update manual discount or discounts from external documents?
- keep all
- update all
- recalc(?) all
The first two questions are all fine but the third question is disabled (greyed out). This is the case for everyone; the users as well as myself. The problem is that for this employee and myself the question is locked to "update all" but for another employee it's set to "keep all", which is the desired choice.
Why is this? Can I override this somewhere?
