Business portal - how to customize requisition screens. ?

Requisition management (GP 2010 business portal 5.1) is working ok. There is very important feed back from the key users to add functionality of adding attachment and putting a flag with any request which has an attachment. As I know there is no any option for attachment in purchase requests. So, I added another site page where the user can use document sets for adding attachment with same name as request no. I want only small customization of edit request page to add a link to the appropriate document set on SharePoint site. Is there any way to do this and also to put a flag with request that has attachment? How i can get reference of currently editing request no.?

We also have a need for modifications to BP 5.1 but in our travels over the years, wexperienced BP developers are hard to come by. If anybody knows any solid resources, let us know. We don't have an extensive need - basically a popup message similar to the enable delete notification but this is when hitting the Submit button in time sheets in BP. Should be there anyway.

we also have a BP customization project. Specifically Time & Expense entry windows. any customization resources would be greatly appreciated.
