Has anyone seen the following error when running the "Find missing retained earnings account" automated solution?
"An error has occured trying to create the acceptance registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft Business Solutions\Automated Solutions, Error Code:5"
I made sure I was using the right version (for GP 9) and also tried running it from a different workstation.
