I am not sure if Ultimate Workflow Tools is available fo CRM 2013. You can refer the above suggest code and develop the custom workflow activity by yourself or you can download the old utility from archive :archive.codeplex.com

Thanks for the help. But I have encounter error when i try to import UltimateWorkflowToolkit_1_5_0_1. The error show that the version is not suitable. It should be 6.1.1.1.132 or lower.
