I have a customer that experiences some errors in the preview for the order backlog.
They are working with Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2017 on a Remote Desktop Server.
Some users can't print the order backlog because of formation errors. The problem has to be on the client side because if the customer is connecting with another PC to the RDS Host it works.
On the left side is the picture with the formation errors, on the right picture is the formation how it should be.
I tried to set the display scale to another size (100%-150%) and checked the RDP settings but on both PCs they are identical.
We updated the graphics card drivers and checked if it could be someting with the printer drivers but no success too.
I am hoping for a positive response.
