Is there a way to search a customer or vendor name using a word contained in the name without using advanced search?

    ABSOLUTELY - You need to buy SmartFill  from Rockton Software. It's an awesome product. It's like Google for Dynamics GP. You can customize to work with any third party dictionary and tell it which fields you want it to search in to find the answer. You absolutely must take a look at this, there is nothing else like it!
