Stopped Items on Purchase requisitions

Hi All,

I want to restrict user to select stopped items in PR, Is that possible.

    yes , you can use record level security to restrict user for specific items

    Hi

    when you stop an Item it's still available on PR.

    If you want to do the restriction with no customization, you can remove the procurement category of Stopped Items. Just Items will Procurement Category assigned to them are available in the PR lines, add Items button. and by using the add line button error pops up.

    Of course open transaction of the item and other side effects in your own processes (like any reports on Procurement Category) should be reviewed.

    u mean every time an item got stopped and we have to restrict all user. Isn't a lengthy process.
