Hello,

If a customer wishes to restore Financials to a certain point, is it possible in Financials at this moment?

Ex: I have integrated Financials to Dyn. 365 for Sales and before even coupling the records I have run a full sync. so I have duplicate records in Financials. Hence, I wish to restore my Financials to a previous date, is that possible?

You would need to open a support case with the partner who you purchased Financials licenses through.
