How do I disable/prevent editing of a project or survey so that others I've shared the project with cannot change the surveys?
They should be able to copy the survey, and edit the copied version.
You can share a project or survey and as the owner edit the sharing rights. Open the survey and select Share on the toolbar at the top of the page. Continue by adding/re-moving co-owners as needed.
I know how to share the project with people. The problem seems to be that I can only give people the role of co-owner.
In Customer Voice it says that "Co-owners can edit all surveys and reports.". I want to add someone who can only Read the surveys (and copy them).
How do I share the project and only allow them to read the surveys?
Sorry I misunderstood. Currently there is not a feature to share read rights of your particular project/surveys, but you can copy the project and give them access as co-owner to that copy only. Then they can make changes as needed, re-name, share, remove your access etc. I would also add this on the ideas site and vote it up.
