Change cost prices for expenses in a Project

Posted on by

Hello, I am trying to create for a certain project some "estimates"

I know that the values can be derived from the "Tasks"

and from the expense estimates

I can manually change the cost price in the expense estimate, but not in the Task view. As you can see in the first screenshot, I have derived for the expenses some values from the Task view. But for the Categories Delivery man and First-aid-doctor, the cost prices in the expenses are always zero. Where and how can I change that, such that the cost prices in the expense view are not zero anymore.

Best regards
DNC

    Please read these tips:

Editing costs directly is on the roadmap:

All prices in the grid are derived from price lists. Cost from an applicable cost price list and sales from an applicable sales price list. The fact that role prices in the grid 0 out for resources suggests that you don't have role-based prices set on your cost price list. That's the 1st place where I'd look.

    Hi DNC,

Can you tell us what deployment is this?

    PO Light

    Non-Stocked

    Stocked

You set Expenses/Categories that you can use in both Expenses and Material Cost, but there can be differences depending on the deployment type.

    Thanks,
