completed provisioned the d365 portal under a federated user who has global admin and now have changed myself over to the azure app owner and portal administrator, i have the lesser role of d365 service admin in office 365 as per this post

can anybody else concur that to manage the portal you can do so with this lesser role?

I am also system admin in d365 and we changed the app in azure to my as the owner. what are we missing here.???
