Hello All!
Looking to find an easy way to get a "trail" of all SOP docs related to each other.
Example, an SOP trx starts as Order 12345, then is partially fulfilled/shipped and gets transferred to BO-45678 and INV-91011. Looking to take a range of Invoice #'s from a Serial/Lot Trace Report and find the Orders associated to those Invoices.
Tried a few SQL scripts but cannot get both the order # and invoice # to show in the same query.

Do you have the Track Master Numbers option marked in Sales Order Preferences?
If you track master numbers, you and find all documents associated with an order, including backorders and invoices.
Run the below scripts to determine the master number of your document and then see all documents with that master number.
select MSTRNUMB, * from sop30200 where sopnumbe='enter your invoice number or order number'
Select * from SOP10100 where MSTRNUMB='enter your master number'
Select * from SOP30200 where MSTRNUMB='enter your master number'

In report writer it is the Sales Transaction Work Master Number field. Make sure that the option to track master numbers has been turned on under Sales Order Processing Setup.
Thank you! Yes, master # would work, but it has been removed from the report (GP Report Writer Modified report). I cannot find that field to add it back either. I appreciate your input!
If you are tracking by master number that would give you the complete linkage.
SOP30200.MSTRNUMB or SOP10100.MSTRNUMB
