Hi , we have one user in with long delays on loading Email form we have tested with different browsers , different users using same machine , clear cache data then updated RecentlyViewXml nothing fixed the issue. only this user get long delays to load emails.
Previously when we faced the issue we have created new AD user and new CRM user to fix this but after few months the user getting same issue.
Could anyone help to find where is actual problem and how to fix this please.
we are on Version 1612 (8.2.2.112) (DB 8.2.2.112) on-premises
