CRM onpremises one user get long delay on loading Email form

Hi , we have one user in with long delays on loading Email form we have tested with different browsers , different users using same machine , clear cache data then updated RecentlyViewXml nothing fixed the issue. only this user get long delays to load emails.

Previously when we faced the issue we have created new AD user and new CRM user to fix this but after few months the user getting same issue.

Could anyone help to find where is actual problem and how to fix this please.

we are on Version 1612 (8.2.2.112) (DB 8.2.2.112) on-premises

Hi Pathini,

We understand your concern on form loading issue for a specific user.

Request you to try below steps for narrow down of the issue,

--> create a test email form without any customization and ask the user to check with it.

--> Capture the fiddler trace while the user access the particular record and analyze it further.

--> Request the user to try from different machine.

--> Create a vanilla/new org in the CRM server and check if the user is facing the issue with the new org

If in case, the issue still persist and you are not able to narrow it down, request you to raise the support request with microsoft for further troubleshooting on the issue.
