Navision 5 as a RemoteApp Visual Glitch

Hello,

One of my clients using Navision version 5 as a RemoteApp has come across a strange visual glitch. When he logs into the RemoteApp service and then Navision he gets into his menus but then his desktop is showing through the session. I have updated his system completely and verified he has the latest graphics driver installed yet the issue persists. This is causing navigation issues because some items are not being displayed that he needs to use. I am unable to find any other information regarding this and am hoping this forum could be of some help.

Hello,

The only case I worked on which is related to remote app and Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central is described here:

community.dynamics.com/.../remote-app-and-dynamics-365-business-central-windows-client

Here I also do not think this issue related to Dynamics NAV.
