Want to apply filter condition on filter layout of schedule board.

Ex. showing in screenshot, want to show only selected territory for specified logged-in user. when user A is logged-in then show only  "Africa" and "Canada" territories, while user B is logged-in then show only "CA" and "CO" territories, please suggest how this achievable.

Thanks in advance.

Do you want this to happen when running Schedule Assistant or when manually applying filters?

want to apply manually filters means when schedule board is load at that time show only selected territories.

we are using schedule board not use schedule assistant.

I'm not aware of a way to dynamically constrain the values in the option sets. What you can do however is hide the territory field in the panel modify the Retrieve Resources query to only include a specific territory for the logged-in user. Have a look at the extensibility documentation: cloudblogs.microsoft.com/.../

You will need to edit the Filter Layout Query - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/common-scheduler/developer/extending-urs-step-by-step

But you will need to create 2 different schedule boards for each of the users to show the different filters.

we are not creating view based on user as no of user are available and we have combination of matrix for user and territory. so i do not think we create no of view for this requirement.

What Thomas was suggesting is to create a separate Schedule Board Setting record (= one tab on the board) for each of the user groups A and B. You could define those with fixed Territory filter and than hide the Territory control from the Filter Panel.

    (Maybe) another idea:

What about Security privileges? Is the Territory entity User owned? Cannot check it at this moment.

Maybe this gives you a starting point: www.linkedin.com/.../dynamics-365-advanced-user-specific-filter-options-schedule-heinze
