i have windows xp and POS
my working language is Arabic language if i go to control panel and changed it to English
the hq client not open
i need to change language to English because Arabic make Problems with Excel Numbering

You most likely have to change the collation of the SQL Database. Make sure to backup the database first, as changing the collation of the Database can have unseen problems.
Do this on the RMS Admin if possible. If not, then use the SQL Management Studio.
first you have to connect to the database.
1) Admin -> File ->Connect.
Next make a backup
2) Admin -> Database -> Backup
Then change the collation.
3) Admin -> database -> Change Collation -> SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS
