Is there the way to keep the last highlighted item when the next lookup (F2) executed. Be default it’s pointed on the first item on the list.

No way of doing this. This is by design
Not sure why you need to have the last item highlighted.
But you can optionally change the quantity of the last item rung up.
If you are just making changes to an item from the POS then touch the itemlookupcode on the screen first and then press F2. This will move to that item if the screen is sorted by the itemlookupcode column. But be cautious because on any item selected form the screen will replace the item that has been rung up previously.
