Hi,
Its a web template with the name dashboard which you will find under web templates.
Refer this for more custom option: community.dynamics.com/.../220261

If you mean to edit dashboards in your CRM Org. You could go to Settings > Customizations.
Click Customize the System > Components > Dashboards.Open (double-click) a dashboard, select one of the component areas, and then click Edit Component.
