Alternative for NavAdminTool.ps1

Hi, our company is planning to forbid any PowerShell scripts to all systems for security reason. Since we use NavAdminTool.ps1 for now, just wondering is there any alternatives for NavAdminTool.ps1 ? such as C# or CLI or python code ? 
Need your advice.

    Import-Module "D:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central\140\Service\NavAdminTool.ps1"
Rename-NAVCompany -CompanyName $OldCompanyName -NewCompanyName $NewCompanyName -ServerInstance $ServerInstance
Invoke-NAVCodeunit -ServerInstance $ServerInstance -CompanyName $NewCompanyName -CodeunitId 70012

    Hi,

    If you are using Business Central 14 On Prem then you can perform many administration tasks using Business Central Administration through UI.

    Hello,

    Upgrading CU's in later releases of Dynamics 365 Business Central may be challenging as one need to sometimes convert the database. I assume this needs to be done by partner offline / outside customer environment.

    There may be other scripted tasks that may become a challenge for the partner involved.
