How to modify data in to existing text file from business central?

Hello All,

I want to modify existing text file which available into my computer. earlier we used File functions for operations regarding files but into Business central we cannot use those functions so, Is there any other ways to do that using stream or any other functions?

    You can declare the extension with target = onprem and in this way you can use file directly as in the past.

    Otherwise, on SaaS there's not the file concept and you need to use streams, load the file in memory and the manages it.
