Hi Dynamics community,
Has anyone developed a sync of notes with any type of external systems? We are hoping to sync notes with Dynamics 365 CRM and I hoped I could get some pointers from anyone who has already done it. Were there any challenges with doing it?
Not sure if there is an event handler for when a note is added but worth researching. In terms of getting the notes out of the system these two posts could be of help to you:
