Can not start 'Impact analysis' when running 'aximpactanalysis' in KB4012348

I encountered an error below, when running 'aximpactanalysis' in KB4012348 (Kernel update).

This error appeared when I click 'Start analysis' button on the last wizard of 'aximpactanalysis'.

I saw two blogs saying I should replace axsetupsp.exe file from KB2786562,

but the hotfix is no longer available.

Could someone tell me how to run impact analysis in this case?

I'm gonna close this ticket since Microsoft answered that 'aximpactanalysis' in KB4012348 can not be used,

and they also told me not to run 'aximpactanalysis' in any kernel update.
