I have a question about the Field Service App for mobile phones.
It's about getting notifications in the future.
We want to get push messages to be more precise.
Which will also be displayed if you don't have the app on.
Is there such a possibility ?

Push notification have been introduced with Field Service v8.3. They will also work if the app itself is not running. For more details, have a look at docs.microsoft.com/.../mobile-push-notifications
