Inventory Reconcile Error

Dear All,
 
Recenlty when we ran inventory reconcile against an item, we got the following report, On Inventory Purcahse Receipts Work table it added records as reconcile and add new lot as reconile:0001 and so on. 
 
Further to my investigation, the last invocie posted against this item got pick the unit cost as /0/ and on IV Purchase receipts & HITB table the sales in not recoded. 
 
Kindly advise how to reverse the lots and bring back quantity, for your inforamtion, we use mutliple bins and Lot tracking

    Inventory Reconcile Error
    Is this a new item that may have had some issues with setup and/or a change after it was created?  Or possibly an issue with posting a transaction?  Or maybe someone added lot number tracking to an item via SQL and GP has now had to get the missing records properly populated?

    If you have Historical Inventory Trial Balance (HITB) activated and are comfortable with SQL, there may be some clues to what happened in the SEE30303 table.

    Depending on what you find with your research, you'll need to adjust the data.

    (When I can't figure out the root cause of an issue, I like to confirm the item is set up properly, complete inventory transactions to get the item all the way to zero units on hand.  Then, do an inventory transaction to bring in the quantities/lots at the current cost.  If it is a new item and I can't track it down, I will also consider renumbering the item when it is at zero and then re-create the item with the same number but being very certain that the setup is correct.)
