I am using field service CRM and now I want to create a new company where I want to insert bulk records. Is it possible in field Service D365 crm to create a new company .
I have done in business central but cannot find this in field service D365 CRM.
anyone?

Hi, FS is based on D355 CE platform and works in a pattern as Organization --> Business units. You might be wanting to create a new Business unit and upload bulk data to it. The access to individual records can then be managed via security roles. Hope this helps answer your question.

Hi Partner,

Please use the Account entity for same.

Is your enabled for Integration with Dynamics 365 Operations and have Dual Write enabled. In that case , Company might flow in automatically from D365 FO system and you may not be able to create company in CRM.
