I am using the POS system set up in 2006. When entering map pages and coordinates in the zip code field under the shipping address in the customer properties area, the city automatically prefils. Where is that city prefil coming from? Is there a database I can access to make changes?

Customer address is stored in the customer table in the RMS Store database.

I believe it remembers from previous entries that you make. As for where this local database is kept, I don't know.
