I want to add more fields to sales invoice like Car Driver, Car Reg No etc to the sales invoice. I am using demo version and my employer is under BizSpark program so how can I customize the sales invoice according to our requirement.

You need to have developer license to do any modification to tables. Demo license only allow you to do very minor modifications to few selected tables.
My suggestion is to contact a vendor who has the resources to do these required changes. Setting up NAV is very tricky, because one mistake in setups can cause many issues for the transaction entries and you will feel fed up of the system.
If you really think you want to go ahead alone please check the training meterials and videos related to NAV implementations.
Check this to download related PDF files :
Make the require fields like car driver, car Reg no etc in sales header and sales line and sales reciept header/line, and sales invoice header/line with same id in all the table. It will automatically flow in every Table. For this you need Developer License.
Press Start or Windows button on your machine and search for Development Environment.
Open it
and Choose right Server and Database name under File-->Database-->Open
It should open Object Designer
Choose tables
search for table Sales Header and Design and then add the fields
I can understand Archer, actually I just moved dynamics nav and start learning C/AL. Person who installed demo version has left and I don't know where I can find dynamics nav development environment.
Please help me around I shall be very thankful to you.
then you'll need to change table sales header (add there the new fields, starting with fieldID 50000) and after that add/link these fields to page sales invoice. it's also needed that you change report "sales invoice", so that the new fields are displayed on the printed invoice-report.
additional to that: as mohana writes, to change objects and processes in nav is not an easy thing. it needs years of experience.
Sorry to say but it is not possible to implement or deploy NAV without having any knowledge on both functional and technical level.
Please contact a partner or Freelancer who can train you or implement.

We work as a vehicle management company and currently thinking to deploy Dynamics Nav. In our invoice we extract vehicle Registration No, Driver name, service (provide for that vehicle) on sales invoice. Because we charge customer for couple of vehicles.

if you want to start developing it's a good idea to buy a nav developer book or contact a nav partner.
