Reports does not work in Dynamic CRM 2016

Hi,
We are using Dynamic CRM 2016 on premise (6.1.3.119). If I add a report in dashboard, it does not display the whole report, the scrollbar does not display unless I change the Document mode to IE 11 by using IE developer tools. EDGE was default to the document mode. I found that the div which show the data does not have CSS property "overflow:auto". If I set the CSS by IE developer tools, the scrollbar display and have no problem to view the records.
