Password protection on Approved Checkbox

We have discovered that there is password protection on the Approved Checkbox in the bottom left-hand corner of the Sales Batches window. We did not use Field Level Security to set this password protection up (nor does it show up in Field Level Security). We are also not in possession of the password (I am the system Admin and I know I did not set it up!). Can anyone enlighten me as to how I can obtain the password for this field and it's origin? I am feeling very stupid right now, but I need to get the information before the lack of the password causes us grief.

Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Posting > Posting

Click on the "Sales" Series, and then choose associated window (Sales Transaction Entry). Check the password setup, along with the password (written explicitly, if any)
