I am able to fetch contacts by placing the palmtreeinfotech6.crm8.dynamics.com/.../contacts in browser which I logged in. But I couldn't get the contact details from other browsers,
getting 401:unauthorized error
The same error occurs the Postman REST API

CRM present the data based on the static URL's.
The data is fetched from the database using the credentials of the users in context at that very instance of time through the web services..
Definitely it will give the same error if you try copying and pasting the URL from one browser to other.. you simple need to create either a HTML Resource or need to go other way round to fulfill your requirement
