Users with Android tablets are being prompted for credentials while working with D365

Good morning. I have a customer who uses Chrome as the default browser for all its devices, including Tablets. They have a Dynamics 365 OnPremise instance with the latest patch applied. IFD is not configured for D365. They have a dedicated web and backend servers for D365 roles.

Our customer is reporting users who use Android based Tablets are randomly being prompted for credentials while they are working with the CRM and only when they type 2 times the credentials, they can continue working with the CRM website. Those users use the Chrome browser in the Tablet and not the Microsoft app.

There are no suspicious messages registered in the Event Viewer at the web server when a prompt for credentials is displayed un any client. Most of the Users with laptops have no the same problem.

Any ideas about how can troubleshoot this issue are welcome.

Xavier
