    Hi,

In CRM 2015, the workplace navigation is different compared to CRM 2011. Please refer the link below.

    www.preact.co.uk/.../new-navigation-for-microsoft-dynamics-crm-2015

For importing in Dynamics CRM, you need to just navigate to those records and click on 'Import data' in the command bar.

    Hi,

You can simply import the excel file as csv and map that column to the lookup field in dynamics crm.

    Hi,

You can create a web service and call that service on form load. This web service will read excel file and return data in response that you can load into option set.

There is no direct way to link and populate excel data into CRM field.

    Best Regards,

    Abhishek

    Hi,

Is it a lookup field or option set? Usually gender is option-set.
