Email notification to be sent to Account Manager whenever there is a status update against any opportunity(this is already done ) after that account manager click on notification link he can see opportunity module in this module status updated by account managers must show history of all the status updated in the past along with the date

for eg: in this below screenshot account manager going to update status ( dormant) must show history of all the status updated in the past along with the date

My requirement was like when ever any sales person changes for the zipcode we need to mantain who was the previous sales person. below are the screen shot

Hi Sabih,

Recently i have done this kind of work to maintain audit history of entity, for that i have created a custom entity in your case say "StatusHistory" on that you can create three field Status and Date and lookup of opportunity entity.

After that create a Async Post Operation Plugin on update Operation of Opportunity and when ever status changes of that opportunity insert a record in custom entity with status , Opportunity and date.
