Is it the same email address as you use to log in in crm?
If not yould you please change it and try it again
Actually, it shows error message that my email id is not correct, but I believe I put the correct email id.

I think you did not approved the email for this user. For more information about your error on the left side you have a bell with the word "Warning".
Maybe it will help you troubleshoot your problem. If not attach a screenshot of the errors
