Is there more than one place to set the Salesperson Commission percentage. If so, where? Also can I set the date to make the percentage effective? For example if I enter percent on 7/27/12, but I want it to be effective back to 7/1/2012.

Hi Patti,
You can set up the salesperson and commission percentage in Salesperson Maintenance in AR. I don't see anywhere that you can specify an effective date. Also, in Customer Maintenance, Order Management tab, you can click on the Default Salespeople button and enter a default salesperson and percentage for OM. So I see two places to enter the commission percent but no place to enter an effective date.
