Rollup 1 broke the ability to add additional Addresses to an Account off the main form.

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

With the release of Dynamics CRM 2015 CRM Rollup 1 (version 7.0.1.2031) the ability to add additional Addresses (OTTB Entity) to an Account has been broken. When adding the Addresses Subgrid to a form users will not have the ability to select the + to add additional addresses. This is true for both Accounts and Contacts

A work around for this issue is to navigate to the related entities option in the Ribbon and select the option for Addresses.

Now by clicking the Add New Address button you have the ability to associate additional Addresses to an Account.

You now have the ability to view additional Addresses off the main form.

Microsoft has confirmed this is an issue for CRM 2015 Online v7.0.1.2031 and plans on remedying the issue in the next release.

See below the email confirmation from Microsoft CRM Online Support:
