Memory Problems When Using Multiple Instances

Hello,

I'm used to having multiple tabs of Dynamics open during the day using Chrome. With the Unified Interface if I've been doing a lot of editing, merging, general record manipulation Chrome crashes at some point.

No one else has complained of memory problems yet but I do know that most of us have multiple tabs open to avoid clicking so much.

Is this just a browser issue?

Hi Beth,

This could be a browser issue but I'm not sure. I often work with a number of Dynamics 365 tabs in the latest version of Google Chrome or with Edge DEV, and I haven't experienced any memory issue.

To help you troubleshoot this, I suggest you open a support request: admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

This problem seems to have been solved by getting a new laptop with more processing power and more memory. <Big smile>

Hi Beth,

I haven't heard such feedback and haven't experienced it myself, despite heavy use of the platform.
