Hi,
I am using Microsoft Dynamic POS 2009 trial version. I have checked all functionality which are suitable with my requirement. But some functional objectives are missing. Here i need to get licence for this product. But i have one question regarding missing functional objectives. Customization is possible or not in this product?
I do not beleive Microsoft will ever release the source code for POS 2009 as it is a commercial application. They do have a SDK available for building plug-in. If you are a Microsoft Partner, you can download this from the PartnerSource website.

Customization is very possible with this product. There is a lot you can do with it "out of the box" such as altering some of the work flow items, rearranging/customizing the task pads, or editing reports & receipts. For all other customization needs, Microsoft has released an SDK to the Dynamics Partner Community. Resellers, such as ourselves, can certainly help you get a customization working.
