Interactive Service Hub - Enable service activities

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to create a chart to sum the minutes logged by each user. It filters only completed activities, and also only service activities, tasks, appointments, and recurring appointments (I did it through fetchxml). On seeing that the chart doesn't work in ISH but works on a non-ISH dashboard, I realized that service activities are disabled in the ISH and both the admin and me cannot enable it.

If I may ask, what is the reason behind service activities being disabled, and is there a way to enable them?
