Where is are the definitions for the Solution and Publisher classes as referenced in the sample code for working with solutions?

I have been trying to access solution information programatically, initially to get a list of solutions. I had a look at the code defined in the Work with Solutions article and have tried to follow that, but the namespaces referenced are missing the key classes Solution and Publisher. Does anyone know where to find these and shouldn't the article provide sample code that at least compiles?
