Hello everyone,
I am configuring the Interactive Service Hub in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016.
Sometimes I get the error message in ISH when I try to open an account there.
Here is a screenshot: (Sorry, something went wrong. Please try it again, or restart the app. Error code: 0x0)
What is the reason for getting this error? How can I solve the problem?

Please share how is the ISH configured with CRM Online or CRM 2016 On-premise.
Please check the configuration URL again.
Or, you can directly access it by entering a URL in your browser. The URL is different depending on whether you’re using CRM Online or CRM (on-premises) as follows:
 Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises): In your browser, type //engagementhub.aspx, and then press Enter. For Internet-facing deployments use https://< hostname[:port]>/engagementhub.apsx. If more than one organization is available, and you don’t specify one, the default organization will be used.
ï‚· Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online users: Type https://. crm#.dynamics.com/engagementhub.aspx, and press Enter.
Is it happening on all browser?
If you are browsing the ISH in private mode it will give you this exception and we would recommend to use normal browsing mode and check if that works?
