Hello,
I am trying to post my payment reconciliation journal now that all entries are matched but the error message below appears:
Do you know how I can resolve this? From what I can see the customer ledger is set up correct.
Hi,
It seems there is a line without amount and the validation stopping you to post without amount.
Thanks for responding - there are no empty amounts. Perhaps its the allocations?
Hi JFawibe,
Can you elaborate and explain what a payment reconciliation journal is?
Did you use a GL journal or a customer payment journal for that?
Is this a standard journal / functionality or something that has been modified for your company?
Would be great if you could elaborate.
Many thanks,
Ludwig
We dont have "payment reconciliation journal in D365 finance and operation" I believe your question is related to business central. One of the moderator will be move your question to Business central community forum.
This makes sense, thank you
Can you confirm whether this issue is related to business central?
Best regards,
Yes it is

If entry 139 is closed it must already have a payment or credit assigned to it. Can you check the customer ledger entries to see if the applied entries are correct? If they are delete the line in payment rec. for that entry/invoice
